What can I say here? The restaurant is a giant sombrero, and I am who I am. Sometimes knowing yourself too well is a curse.

As soon as I spotted El Potrero Carnes (“the corral”) on a recent drive around Tijuana, I knew I would try to write as many words about it as I could justify.
